SAFETY Instructions- candles •Never leave a candle burning unattended. •Never leave candles burning around pets or kids. •Don’t place candles on combustible surfaces. •Burn candles in a draft free area away from anything that could fall into the candle. •Use a wick dipper if you have one to extinguish your candle. Gently push the wick down into the melt pool and straighten it up afterwards. This helps stop smoking after extinguishing the flame. It also helps protect your wick. •If your wick looks messy don’t be afraid to trim it to about .5 cm. It’s not uncommon to have a mushroom type thing on the end. If it does just trim it. •Don’t place your candle in direct sunlight, it makes them discolour. It won’t affect your burn but it may make your candle look ugly. White frosting, blemishes, uneven top, parts that look wet or perhaps not quite stuck to the side of the glass are nothing to worry about. Your candle is a one of a kind and these are characteristics of olive candles and can be caused by melt temperatures, pouring temperatures and even the temperature of the glass. Remove any charms/trinkets (when applicable) before use.

SAFETY Instructions- soaps All soaps must be tested by doing a patch test on your arm or hand. If any side effect, irritation, allergic reaction occurs, then stop using the product and seek medical attention at once. All soap products are for external use only. Blue Gryphon Editing & Publishing cannot be held liable for incorrect usage, storage, negligent use, or adverse reactions. It is the consumer's responsibility to check all ingredients carefully prior to use to determine if an allergic or adverse reaction is possible; if in doubt do not use the product.

Soap storage and usage It is recommended to store soap products in a cool dry place and out of direct sunlight. Shelve life is dependent on storage conditions. Our soap products are made of natural ingredients, and it is therefore recommended to use within 3 months after purchasing.

The Customer is required to furnish Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing with all relevant Material Safety Data Sheets pertaining to any products supplied to Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing by the Customer. Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing will not be liable for the effectiveness of the product’s preservation. The responsibility and risk of conducting the necessary tests to assess preservation adequacy and evaluate the product lie solely with the Customer. Bringing the product to the market is a commercial risk assumed by the Customer. Any guidance, recommendations, information, technical support, or formulation services (referred to as “the Advices”) provided by Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing(or its representatives) regarding the Goods are offered in good faith and are believed by Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing to be suitable, accurate, and dependable. The Customer acknowledges that it has not solely relied on such Advices and has had sufficient time to seek and consider either its own advice or alternative guidance. • If Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing receives materials and/or goods supplied by the Customer (including tubes, bottles, or similar containers) for the containment or use of the Goods produced by Juliette Home and Body, all such materials and/or goods are provided at the Customer’s own risk. • Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing’s pricing structure is based on the assumption that the Customer will provide clean, high-quality packaging components. If any quality issues arise due to packaging supplied by the Customer during the project, Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing reserves the right to impose a surcharge to rectify the quality problem and/or decline to fill any subpar packaging. • While Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing will exercise reasonable care with materials supplied by the Customer, any materials left on Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing’s premises are not insured by Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing and remain at the Customer’s risk at all times. • Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing is required to purchase or take delivery of any raw materials, packaging components, or goods specific to a particular order (referred to as “specialist materials”), and there are leftover specialist materials at the end of the contract between Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing and the Customer, the Customer is obligated to purchase all remaining specialist materials from Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing at Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing’s cost price plus GST. • Regardless of any statements made by Juliette Home and Body, the Customer must independently take all reasonable steps and conduct inquiries to ensure that the materials and/or goods (including tubes, bottles, and similar containers) provided to Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing are suitable for all purposes and under all conditions, including as containers for the goods manufactured or produced by Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing. • If the Customer fails to pay any invoice on the grounds that the Goods were not: (a) Fit for a merchantable purpose, or (b) Suitable for or compatible with the materials and/or goods provided by the Customer to Juliette Home and Body, (c) Then the Customer agrees to bear the ongoing burden of proof in any legal proceedings to demonstrate that, before placing the order with Juliette Home and Body, it had duly conducted all reasonable and independent inquiries to confirm that the materials and/or goods supplied by the Customer were suitable for use with and for containing the Goods provided by the Customer to Juliette Home and Body.

PACKAGING All packaging should be tested under the intended conditions that the finished products will be exposed to, especially when they are fully filled. It is the Client’s responsibility to continually verify the following: Ensure that the chosen packaging products are technically suitable for the intended purposes and comply with all legal requirements. Confirm that the packaging products are compatible with any components they are intended to be used with. Verify that the packaging products are compatible with the formula with which they will come into contact. Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing will not address complaints arising from the Client’s omission to perform these three checks. To accommodate production needs, the quantity of customized articles may fluctuate by a maximum of +/- 10% compared to the quantity specified in the Order Confirmation. The information and materials provided are for educational purposes only. Individuals who receive this information must exercise their own judgment to determine its suitability for a specific purpose or use. The user of the product is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the intellectual property rights of third parties. • As the availability of ingredients and raw materials is not always guaranteed due to natural fluctuations or other factors, Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing reserves the right to substitute alternative ingredients/raw materials in the production of its products and bases to ensure a consistent supply to its customers. • Blue Gryphon Editing and Publishing operates as a wholesaler of natural and synthetic skin care products and raw materials. DELIVERY OF GOODS Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other courier companies or delivery services. Deliveries are manufactured/processed promptly upon receipt of full payment; goods, when in stock, are usually shipped within 3-5 business days; made to order items are generally shipped within 3-5 business days after the production of the product is completed; production times for made to order items may vary. Goods Manufacturing and processing times are dependent on product and service requirements, the availability of materials, and components, individual requirements, availabilities, and delivery options. The timeframe for delivery of goods is dependent upon the service selected and is out of our control once sent. Delayed, damaged, or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post, the courier, or the delivery service company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged or delayed in transit or not received. Replacement of delayed, damaged, or lost items is made at the discretion of bluegryphon.com.au. eBook purchases are delivered immediately to the purchaser's email, unless the code is placed within a physical order (e.g., on an additional note included within a book box set). RETURNS AND REFUNDS bluegryphon.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 3 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. Unless the goods are custom-made, custom-scented, or custom labelled, and have valid reasoning, unopened goods will be refunded in full. The customer is responsible for all costs, including packaging and postage, incurred when returning an item. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of bluegryphon.com.au. In case of damaged goods in transit, photos (of damaged goods, packaging, and product) must be supplied within 2 days of delivery. Digital products such as eBooks are nonrefundable. In case of refunds all goods including free gifts must be returned (unopened, unused and in original and sellable condition). Cost of consumed goods (including eBooks) to be deducted from refund. eBook purchases are non-refundable; in case of refund of goods that included the purchase of the eBook will subtract the cost of the full price of the eBook from the refund. For example, if a box set that included candles, soaps and an eBook purchase, then the damaged or faulty goods will be subject to our refund policy guidelines. In this case the purchaser will not be able to return the eBook therefore it would not be able to be resold and not eligible for a refund. Refunds are not available if you changed your mind after purchase.
